Spin Core Wednesdays at 6pm, Sundays at 3pm
This class starts with a 45 minute spin that puts you on a runaway bike right out of the gate, and keeps intensifying throughout the ride with various jumps, sprints, and plenty of headwinds (and sometimes a tailwind) to challenge you. Follow up with a fast and furious 15 minutes of core that combine yoga, pilates and tai chi with a generous dash of adrenaline added to the moves.
