Sharon Pendl

I am happy to be offering Pilates classes at St. Louis Spinning. I received my Pilates certification in 2006. I was certified by a Physical Therapist who has a pilates studio in her therapy in Dallas, Texas. I have my associates degree in Physical Therapy. I have been practicing Physical Therapy since 1998 and have been teaching Pilates for 4 years. Pilates uses slow controlled, fluid movements to strengthen the core muscles. Pilates helps to improve posture, decrease joint, back and neck pain.
