Roland Roth

Roland Roth has been living in Saint Louis and teaching for Saint Louis Spinning since the Fall of 2009. A certified Johnny G/Madd Dogg Athletics Spinning Instructor since 2000, Roland mixes good music, intensity in exercise, plus a love of cycling into each of his classes. "What I love about Spinning is that an absolute beginner can ride next to a world-class triathlete and both should be able to walk out saying ‘that was worth my time'", Roland says. Roland has completed many long distance cycling events, including the Boston to New York AIDS Ride (1999, 2000, 2001) and the SF to LA AIDS/LifeCycle Ride (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008). In addition, he has competed in various triathlons and is training for the Florida Half Ironman in May, 2010. He looks forward to meeting and riding with you soon!
