We have a lunch box special, you only pay $5.00 per noon class when you purchase 10 noon classes for $50.00. This card expires 2 months from the date of purchase.

Fitball is an hour class on the stability ball for core strengthening featuring not only the ball but weights, bands and medicine ball. Great workout!

Spin/Yoga consists of 40 minute spinning followed by 30 minutes of power yoga held on Thursday mornings at 9:30am.

Spin/Core consists of 40 minutes spinning followed by 20 minutes core training focusing on muscle imbalance due to the rigors of cycling held at various times.

Power yoga is an hour class for the athletic yoga enthusiast. These classes are held on Monday and Wednesdays at 9:30 am instructed by Michelle Abounader.
