Like hills? Then this 45 minute ride is for you. Challenge yourself on a variety of climbs - long, short, rolling, sprinting up and down and all around while the gears pile on and pile off just as quickly. This spin is set to music that allows you to tune out from the daily chaos, and focus on your ride. Keep up your hill skills especially during the upcoming winter months. Followed up with 15 minutes of core making it an intense and complete workout.
