I have been teaching Spinning for several years and love that it combines two of my favorite things-exercise and music! I discovered Spinning when I realized I needed to find a cross-training exercise that I could supplement with my running and have been hooked ever since. I also teach "fitball" on Wednesday mornings at 9:15 and enjoy the weight training and core strengthening work that is incorporated in the class. I am motivated by the strength, balance, and coordination that is gained by the participants in the class. I teach Pedal & Pump on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am. The class begins with a 45 minute spin and ends with a 30 minute "fitball" class. It is a great way to start the day!
