Introduction to Yoga

Introduction to Yoga will teach all areas of yoga, beginning with simple yoga etiquette, breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga of the hands (mudras) and yoga poses (asanas.)

Breathing exercises and gentle yoga poses can help relieve stress and build strength and flexibility. This introductory class will encourage students to listen to their bodies, attend to proper alignment while practicing turning their focus within. It is perfect for all levels of students.
