Carrie Jost

In 2005, two years after taking my first Spinning class, I became a certified instructor. Since then, I have been a frequent substitute instructor at St. Louis Spinning. I especially love teaching early morning classes. A challenging ride is a great way to start the day! It also helps me stay one step ahead of my husband and 3 children!
